How it Works
The class is designed so it’s easy to follow mindful yoga that focuses on taking your time, freeing your spine and stretching in way that feels good.
There’s pranayama (breathing) and deep relaxation, which can help relax the mind.
At then end of a class, you can stay on for an extra 10-
Aimed at helping you to let go of worries, stress and tension, both physically and mentally. When the mind can relax, the body can be more free.
This class can contribute towards managing mild to moderate depression and anxiety*

How to Book
Trial Your First 2 Classes for £6.00 each
Option 1: Book Online
This is the quickest way to book and it can be done even 15 mins before a class starts. Simply:
• Buy an Introductory Class Pass £6.00.
• Complete Your Details
• Register into your preferred class
Option 2: Call to Book.
Card payments are taken over the phone. Registration can be completed over the phone or you can complete a form before the class starts.

Please note places are on a first come, first serve basis, after advance bookings. (Jan & Feb are peak times)
You’ll need to arrive 15 mins early to complete a registration form.
