Now that indoor classes are able to start again, you are now able to book your class.
The health and wellbeing of our community remains my top priority and so plans are in place to return back to venues safely in Chipping Sodbury. (There is one online class too - see below)
As a brief overview:
Smaller classes to allow for more space around you
Advance booking is essential (even if this is 15 mins before class)
Face masks are only required when entering/leaving a building, but can be taken off once on your mat
Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be available
Bring your own equipment (Yoga mat, cushion/block & blanket) However, spare yoga mats are available if you forget. Yoga mats will be sanitised and rotated to allow at least 72 hours gap between users.
Regular touch areas will be cleaned between classes.
Online Live Class: Every Wednesday 11.15am, Gentle Yoga Class. Ideal if you’re not ready to meet in public spaces.
In the meantime,
If you had booked into a class during March 2020, you have already been re-credited.
All valid class passes purchased before 16th March 2020 have been extended, so you can pick up from where you left off. The extension date will be reviewed again.
