We welcome everybody who wants to make time for themselves, get back into yoga and extend your practise beyond a weekly class.

You certainly don't have to have masses of yoga experience.  With yoga you simply enjoy what you can do and not worry about what you can't! It’s a great day for singles, couples, groups of friends, men and women, young (14+) and young at hearts, so please join us!

All Day Workshop: £55.00.  10am-4.30pm.

Light refreshments are provided during morning and afternoon breaks.

One Day Yoga Workshop - Feel Empowered, Be Relaxed

Relax and come into your own strength and power, and find inner confidence and stability.

Experienced yoga teachers, Hilary and Nazama will lead you through graceful yoga sequences, help you rest in deeper relaxation - using rose oil scent, explore pranayama (breathing) and reconnect with your whole self through meditation.
