Whether you are new to Yoga, or an experienced practioner, there are many reasons why private tuition may be the right course for you to take.

Be sure to check with your doctor before trying yoga if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, or a recent back injury, as you would with any exercise program. We always recommend you consult your Doctor if you have any concerns regarding the suitability of doing yoga.


Whether on your own or with a small group of friends embarking on a programme of private tuition could give you just what you are looking for.


We’ll begin our work together with an in-depth consultation designed to identify your needs and health goals to co-create a practice completely tailored to you. You can then take advantage of our reduced introductory lesson to make sure it’s right for you.  With bespoke postures, sequences, breathing techniques and deep relaxation we’ll design the delivery around your personal schedule with tuition at home or at your preferred venue.


To get the most of private tuition, it is recommended you have at least five sessions.

 

Additional professional books, CD’s and DVD are also available to help you develop your practice at home and keep you motivated.

Prices start from £39.00 per hour and include, personalised lesson plan, use of all equipment, plus a 10% discount on books, CD’s and DVD’s.
