Back by popular demand, (and just before Christmas), enjoy a Saturday morning of relaxing and nourishing yoga.
Nazama & Hilary will team up once again to explore a range of relaxing yoga sequences. Plus, with more time we can focus on a range of pranayam (breath), longer yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and short meditation.
This is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga, which is beyond just postures. We’ll work towards quieting the mind, unwinding your body, relaxing your nervous system and recharging your soul.
You’ll be able to introduce some of the traditional teachings in your day to day life. There will be a short break, were we offer light refreshments.
