When we’re relaxed, life can be less stressful and anxiety levels can greatly reduce. It’s all about embracing the spirit of creating time for yourself, and its ok to do that.
It’s hard to give to others, if we too feel like
we’re running on empty or depleted
Surrounded in a peaceful environment, we will focus on working with your body and breath to create range of fluid, unforced, rhythmic movements.
We’ll explore different movements, some will be slightly faster and others slowed down, but they are all designed stretch out and release tiredness and unnecessary tension.
Ultimately, the flowing movement, especially sun sequence will help you feel energised, but also relax your whole body, soothe out stress and help calm the mind.
The workshop will be mainly movement based, with longer deep relaxation, breathing and mindfulness.
Whether it’s sunny or not, the sun sequence will help to shine and smile within.
There will be a short break, were we offer light refreshments.
Who’s it for?
Anyone wanting to relax, from new learners to those with some experience. No previous experience is necessary. Please contact us first if you are pregnant or if you have difficulty getting up and down from the floor or are under 16.
