Each Yoga Class is designed to bring people together of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes.
How it Works
Class themes are kept fresh to suit the time of day & year. A wide range of warm ups, body preparations, yoga postures, sequences, breathing and a deep relaxation are covered.
The emphasis is to stay in a relaxed but alert state, this way you’ll find it easier to increase your range of movement, as opposed to a fast-paced, high impact approach.
Aimed at improving posture and flexibility.
By focusing on movement and breathing you will achieve improvements in both your physical and emotional well being: increasing flexibility; helping to reduce stress; boosting energy levels - stretching and strengthening body and mind.
