Gentle Yoga-in

Perfect for

Active older adults and people recovering from injury or illness who want to use gentle yoga movement to increase flexibility, boost energy levels and reduce stress in a safe and guided environment.

Also suitable for people who cannot stand for long periods & people who have some difficulty getting up from the floor.*  

How it Works

The design of the class introduces easy to follow yoga that focuses on taking your time, freeing your spine, improving posture and bringing mobility to your joints, muscles and whole body.  Breathing and a deep relaxation are also included.

The classes are taught in a way that enables everybody to participate.  You’re in charge and you take it to whatever level that suits your body,  this can mean doing some of the class sitting in a chair.

Aimed at improving posture, flexibility and strength.  You'll walk away feeling happy, relaxed and flexible throughout your day.  Most people will see a reduction of lower back pain within 4-6 weeks.

How to Book

Trial Your First 2 Classes for £5.00 each


Option 1: Book Online

This is the quickest way to book and it can be done even 15 mins before a class starts.  Simply:

• Buy an Introductory Class Pass £5.00.

• Complete Your Details

• Register into your preferred class


Option 2:  Call to Book.

Card payments are taken over the phone. Registration can be completed over the phone or you can complete a form before the class starts.

Options 3: Turn Up at a Class.  

Please note places are on a first come, first serve basis, after advance bookings.  (Jan & Feb are peak times)

You’ll need to  arrive 15 mins early to complete a registration form.
